Clare Balding: January
'The main thing is I walk like crazy. I walk the dog every day for an hour in the morning and 40 minutes in the evening. I walk at 4mph, which is pretty quick.' Clare told us on set for the January issue, when asked about her fitness routine. We'll be taking a leaf out of her book come January 2015!

We were in awe of Fern Britton for our February cover shoot. The TV presenter and author spoke of her love of cycling and charity cycles for the Genesis Research Trust. 'I have become almost fearless. When I started these rides to give something back, I didn’t realise they were going to give me so much, too.'

In November, cover star Kirstie Allsop spoke about meeting the right person and IVF treatment. ‘I didn’t meet the right person until I was 32. I know that lots of people don’t meet the right person and lots of women are panicked and unhappy and sad about this. IVF is a wonderful medical innovation that helps couples suffering from infertility.’ We salute her for her honesty.
